• MA in History University of Michigan-1966-68 served as teacher asst. and asst. track coach at Ann Arbor St. Thomas(1966-67)
• 1968-2007 Taught Humanities at Ann Arbor Huron High School-named 1st-ever Non-Student Commencement Speaker-2006.
• Men’s Cross Country Coach-1985-present-(131-28), 2 Conference titles, 3 Regional Championships, eight top 10 finishes at State meet
• Men’s Track & Field Coach-1969-2009-(220-33-1), won 63 invitationals, 17 Conference championships, 10 Reg. titles, 13 top ten State meet finishes, 3 times qualified for the MITCA Team State Championships

• MITCA nominee for Cross Country COY three times
• Inaugural member of Ann Arbor Huron Hall of Fame-2001, admitted to MITCA Hall of Fame-2007
