Please use the Membership Dues Form listed to the right to submit your dues.

The current 2024-25 Membership Dues Invoice to pay dues to the MHSCA. MHSCA dues for the current year are $5.00 per individual coach with an additional $6.00 per individual coach for the purchase of NOCAD Liability Insurance.

Membership dues are capped at a maximum of $3,000.00 for associations with 600+ members. Insurance is paid on a per individual member basis regardless of the total number of individual members.

In the 2025-26 membership year MHSCA dues will be raised to $9.00 per individual coach with a maximum cap of $5,400.00 for associations that have 600+ members.  At this time the MHSCA does not anticipate an insurance rate increase for the 2025-26 membership year.

Our members can get a 15% discount at any of the choice hotel properties when they make a reservation and give them the membership # that is on the back of the MHSCA membership card. If MHSCA members want to take advantage of the Choice Privilege points program, then they will have to join that program by filling out the Choice Privilege application.
